Finca El Diviso, Nestor Lasso, Yellow Bourbon

27 years ago, the Lasso family embarked on the journey of developing El Diviso farm. Together, they transformed it from a simple farm into a thriving family business. However, it was the mother who delved into the world of specialty coffee. Today, her children continue her legacy. The farm is located at an altitude of 1,780–1,900 meters in the Colombian Massif in Huila, Colombia. The entire Lasso family is dedicated to experimenting with different processing methods to achieve unique flavor profiles. The farm boasts a great diversity of varieties and is home to different Bourbons like Ají, Rosado, and Sidra, as well as Geishas, among many others. Thanks to his expertise and dedication, Nestor Lasso’s coffees are now recognized worldwide.
