In addition to importing our own coffees from various origin countries, we also provide logistics services for the qualities selected by our customers, enabling them to receive their coffee through direct trade.

Our coffees are stored in our warehouse in Hamburg as well as Sealogis. Release order contracts allow our customers to receive their coffee as needed. We strive to find the most efficient delivery solutions to reliably supply our customers across Europe.

To support our customers in their financial planning, we offer the option of extended payment terms. These are typically made available within the framework of a long-term partnership.

Through detailed quality control, we ensure that our customers receive only high quality coffee. This commitment also extends to those who rely on us to import their specially selected qualities.

We are pleased to offer reliable support and advice to our customers and interested parties, regardless of whether they are traditional or third-wave roasters, large-scale, or small roasters. Our expertise includes assistance with portfolio management, roasting profiles, blends, and much more.

We warmly invite our customers and interested parties to participate in regular cuppings in our sample room. Additionally, we are delighted to host public or private cuppings directly at our customers' or prospects' roasteries.
