From the renowned Tarrazú region, our Anaerobic Caturra & Catuaí comes from Cordillera de Fuego, a micromill founded in 2015 by Luis Eduardo Campos and his partner, Coco. Luis Eduardo has been experimenting with anaerobic processing since 2006, crafting coffees that showcase both innovation and quality while supporting the local community.
