Touton Specialties is currently seeking an adaptable, successful, committed, and experienced Administrative and Accounting Manager to support the development of its activities, and actively participate in the life of the entity.

Your Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily operations of the accounting department - in compliance with local accounting methods, policies, and principles - including:
- Manage general bookkeeping and post transactions such as sales, purchases, payments, petty cash expenses, intercompany transactions, accruals/provisions, amortisation etc.
- Conduct treasury and cash forecasts
- Analyse overheads expenditure variances
- Manage fixed assets register payroll and other related social declarations,
- Conduct tax and VAT returns
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial and performance reports, for group consolidation and financial control purposes, in close collaboration with the local management and group financial team
- Issue intercompany reconciliation and prepare excel software statements
- Monitor customer and supplier invoice
- Participate, with the help of the financial controller, in the company's statistical, budget monitoring and financial analysis
- Enhance month, quarter and end-year processes, and initiate corrective actions
- Implement a new accounting system (SAGE X3), in close cooperation with the Group Finance Department
- Prepare annual audits in collaboration with our external auditor
- Conduct controlling measures on processes, consolidations, and valorisation
- Supervising payment terms and carrying out credit risk checks
- Support office and administration task
Qualifications & Skills
- Working experience as accounting manager or a similar role
- Advanced computer skills on MS Office
- Accounting and payment software
- Ability to manipulate large amounts of data
- Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to direct, supervise and report in due time
- Adaptability, proactivity and solution-oriented
- Interpersonal skills and teamwork
- Working knowledge of local Tax laws
- Fluency in English and German (speaking, reading, and writing)
- Experience in both consultancy and company level
