Qualifications & Skills
We’re looking for a dedicated individual with at least two years of experience in the green coffee trade - someone who knows all about producing countries, logistics processes, and coffee quality, and who’s familiar with the futures-c-market.
If you’re already well-connected in the roaster community and love engaging with customers to find tailored solutions, we offer the perfect environment for you. You have a sharp analytical mind, a head for numbers, and stay on top of things even in dynamic situations?
Fluency in both German and English is essential, and any additional language you bring to the table is a plus. Your strong MS Office skills - especially in Excel - will help you handle your tasks with ease. Most importantly, you work in a structured, self-organized, and solution-oriented way, but also enjoy being part of a motivated and collaborative team.

Your Responsibilities
80% - Sales & Quality Consultant: We’re looking for a driven and enthusiastic individual to help expand our sales network, build lasting customer relationships, and uncover exciting new business opportunities.
In this role, you’ll take the lead in developing your own client portfolio - working with existing customers and reaching out to new prospects. You’ll analyze potential clients, identify new market opportunities, and develop smart strategies to grow your presence within a specific geographical region. Regular customer visits, meaningful conversations, and a tailored, hands-on approach are key - because your support goes far beyond the deal itself. You’ll manage contracts, track deliveries and payments, and ensure an outstanding customer experience.
With a keen sense for market dynamics, you’ll gather and evaluate customer, competitor, and industry insights from both internal and external sources to support informed decision-making. You’ll also collaborate closely with our purchasing team, aligning on availability, pricing, and strategic offers. Whether at coffee events or trade fairs, you’ll represent Touton Specialties with expertise and enthusiasm.
You also play an important role in quality consulting: you support our clients in building their portfolios by sharing your expertise and advising them on green coffee qualities, cup profiles, blends, and roasting curves.
And because innovation is key to what we do: Around 20% of your role will focus on project work. We’re looking for someone who is full of ideas and ready to take ownership of creative, forward-thinking initiatives - with the full support of our passionate team behind you.
