This organic-certified washed Parchment AB hails from the lush highlands of the Idukki region, nestled near the vibrant state of Kerala. Cultivated with care by a network of smallholder farmers from the Manarcadu Social Service Society (MASS), each cherry is hand-harvested and sun-dried on family farms, preserving the integrity of its rich, natural flavor.

MASS is not only a cooperative, but a movement empowering 837 dedicated farmers. Through hands-on training in sustainable agriculture and support in accessing global markets, the organization is helping reshape rural livelihoods. Beyond farming, MASS invests in the well-being of its members, uplifting communities with better healthcare, education, and living standards.
