Nensebo Washing Station, Sidamo Grade 2, max. 6 def., Natural, Organic

High in the West Arsi Zone's Nensebo district, at elevations between 1,990 and 2,300 meters, this Sidamo coffee comes from the Nensebo Washing Station, set beside the pristine waters of the Limowa Stream. Farmers in the surrounding highlands hand-pick only properly ripened red cherries, which are sorted and laid on raised beds to dry in the sun with the seed still inside. Constant turning ensures even evaporation, giving the coffee its remarkable cup cleanliness. This natural-processed lot is part of a growing Ethiopian portfolio built to showcase the country's diversity of terroir, altitude, and processing across its most distinctive growing regions.
